How it works
For your customers: four steps

Open the shop's bot
Scan the shop's QR code or tap the link it shares. It's an ordinary Telegram chat, so there is nothing else to install.

Choose items and a pickup time
Browse the catalog, add items to the cart and pick a time: as soon as possible, today, tomorrow or a day and time of their own.

Pay by bank transfer and send the screenshot
The bot shows the shop's bank account and the account holder's name. They pay in their own banking app and send the payment screenshot to the bot.

Show the 4-digit pickup code
When the shop confirms, the bot sends a pickup code. They show it at the counter and take their order. No queue, no cash.

Questions
Does Teleshop hold the money?
No. Customers pay by bank transfer from their own banking app straight into your shop's bank account. Teleshop never receives, holds or moves the money, and takes no commission.
What if a customer pays too little?
Tap Payment short and type the amount you received. The bot tells the customer the exact remainder, and they send a second screenshot on the same order. You check it and confirm.
If the rest doesn't arrive in time (60 minutes by default; you can change this in the dashboard), the order is cancelled and the bot tells you both how much is owed back. Any refund is between you and the customer: Teleshop never moves money.
What if the screenshot is fake?
A screenshot is not proof of payment; your bank account is. Before you tap Confirm, check that the money arrived in your bank app. If it didn't, tap Fake: the order is cancelled and the customer is told.
Which languages does the bot speak?
English, Amharic, Arabic, Russian and Uzbek. Each customer can choose a language in the bot; otherwise it follows their Telegram language.
Do I need a website or an app?
No. Your customers use Telegram, which they already have. You receive orders in Telegram and manage your catalog in a web dashboard that opens in the browser on your phone or computer. You sign in with Telegram at app.teleshop.girarit.net.
What do I need to start?
A Telegram account, a bot token from @BotFather (it takes about 2 minutes) and a bank account your customers can pay into.
Open the Teleshop bot, tap Create Shop and paste the token. Your bot goes live straight away and the 30-day trial starts. Press Start in your new bot so it can send you orders, then add your products and bank details in the dashboard.
Can I add photos?
Yes. Upload product photos in the dashboard. Telegram hosts them and your bot shows them to customers.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The trial costs nothing, and nothing is ever charged automatically. You pay for one year at a time in Telegram Stars, whenever you like, even during the trial: the year is added after your current end date, so paying early loses nothing. Tap 💳 Renew in your dashboard's Settings, or the 💳 Renew button the Teleshop bot sends you before the end.
If you don't pay, your bot pauses at the end of the period. Your shop is kept, so you can renew later. You can also delete your shop and all its data in the Teleshop bot.
Who sees my customers' details?
You see your own customers' orders, names and phone numbers, so you can fulfil their orders. Read the privacy policy for what is stored and why.
